Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or unexpected delays.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking details and courier information

You can track your package using the tracking link provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected products and serviceable pin codes.

  • Rovikaa reserves the right to cancel COD orders if verification is unsuccessful.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order.

Rovikaa will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  • Orders marked delivered by the courier partner

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned parcels.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A tampered package

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product
